As a Project Manager within the Peace & Security Department of GOPA PACE, your key role is the autonomous management of project development and implementation processes. Thematically speaking, your work focuses on peace & conflict prevention, security, migration & forced displacement. Your responsibilities encompass project acquisition, management, team collaboration, and contribution to the department's strategic development.

- Experience in negotiating contracts with clients and proven knowledge of EU PRAG requirements.
QUALIFICATION AND KEY SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in fields related to International Relations, Security Studies, Public Policy, or relevant disciplines.
- Master’s degree or other postgraduate qualifications in relevant fields would be an asset.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in international cooperation & development, preferably linked to our sectors of expertise and working for a consultancy firm.
- Excellent representation and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of EU cooperation policies and instruments.
- Familiarity with EU and other donors’ funding procedures.
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Arabic or Spanish would be valuable. Knowledge of other languages, relevant to our regions of work will be considered as an asset.
