Coordinate/moderate efficient task/outputdelivery among all project stakeholders.
Plan tasks/outputsand keep the planning always up to date.
Foster efficient communication within the project team, coordinate resources and manage on-time delivery of products and services.
Back-up Project Manager with client management and communication during project implementation.
Administer projects and support budget management.
Issue purchase orders (technical advice comes from the Services Department) and manage suppliers (if requested service is not within the portfolio ofthe Services Department).
Collect data and documents for Project Managers for financial reporting.
Report to the Project Manager onfinancial management of tasks/outputs.
Contribute to project reporting for task/output specific aspects.
Support Project Manager in ensuring relevance, coherence, and impact of all project components.
Confirm task/output related KPIs to monitor during implementation.
Monitor task implementation according toagreed KPIs, and report to Project Manager and experts to make sure that output is in line with project plan, strategy and budget.
Perform quality checks on outputs.
A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US
Proven 2 years’ experience as an Event Coordinatr or in a similar role.
Native French speaker with proficiency in English.
Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
