We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our office in Skopje, North Macedonia, and support our efforts in identifying and recruiting professional experts.

LinkedIn Recruiter is a tool designed by LinkedIn to help finding and connecting with professionals. The LinkedIn Recruiter tool has three key features:
Advanced Search Filters: Allows recruiters to use a variety of filters to narrow down candidates based on specific criteria such as skills, experience and location.
InMail Messaging: Enables direct communication with candidates through LinkedIn's messaging system.
Talent Pipeline: Allows recruiters to build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive person with good communication skills to manage our LinkedIn Recruiter tool and assist in identifying and recruiting potential candidates for our project acquisition teams. S/he will work from GOPA PACE’s Country Office in Skopje, North Macedonia to ensure an efficient hiring process, support our company’s business acquisition pipelines and contribute to the overall success of our recruitment strategy. The selected candidate will be provided specific training on the use of the LinkedIn Recruiter Tool.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Previous experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
Experience in managing social media for professional networking and recruitment.
Strong organizational skills and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Customer and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in English. A working command of French is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage LinkedIn Recruiter: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with potential candidates for project positions.
Candidate Outreach: Reach out to candidates via InMail and other communication channels (e.g. Microsoft Outlook or Teams).
Support Project Teams: Assist project teams with their recruitment needs by identifying suitable candidates and, if necessary, coordinating interviews.
Create and Maintain Talent Lists: Build and maintain lists of qualified candidates for current and future project openings.
Collaborate (Pro)Actively: Work closely with project teams to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates.
