As part of the continuing expansion, we are looking for a team assistant in part time (exact working ours could be discussed) for our Bonn office Your responsibilities:
Effectively provide professional administration support, predominately to AFC’s Financial Sector Development department
Maintain and further develop efficient administration systems and processes, to ensure a smooth and effective office running at all times
Support a team of Project Managers in acquisition and implementation of projects
Compile and lay-out multilingual tender documents; finalise and prepare for submission (via mail or electronic mail)
Edit and translate multilingual texts such as reports, publications of all kinds
Support AFC’s visibility and communication activities with regard to brochures, leaflets, homepage, social media, etc..
Support AFC staff in travel planning issues (flights, visa, …)
Overview office infrastructure; administer leasing and service contracts
Instruct new staff members in organizational matters
Coordinate all affairs dealing with external visitors, e.g. craftsmen in coordination with reception
Organize AFC special events such as Christmas parties, works outings etc.
Cover front desk duties
Provide general support to visitors

A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US
Any professional office, business, commercial education (e.g. multilingual secretary, office administrator, trade-, merchant apprenticeship IHK)
Practical experience working as a team assistant for at least 2 years
High command in the use of MS office Products
Flexible, pro-active personality with an efficient work style and good self-organization
PR/ Communication Experience strong advantage;
Outstanding written communications skills in English, German and/or French would mean an asset;
Flexibility, ability to work independently, as well as excellent team work and communication skills;
Good planning and organizational skills
