Preparation and verification of incoming and outgoing invoices

Monthly evaluations for the project budget
Monitoring the budget and preparing contract amendments
Manage petty cash of the country-project
Correspondence with clients, experts and partner companies
A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US
Successfully completed apprenticeship in the commercial field or business studies with professional experience / knowledge in a similar position; preferably project business
Excellent written and spoken command of English, other languages are beneficial
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite
Independent and methodical way of working
Basis knowledge of accounting in accordance with Germany’s Commercial Code (HGB/Handelsgesetzbuch)
ERP experience is an advantage
