- Commercial management of international consultancy contracts
- Preparing price quotations for proposals
- Preparing contracts for clients, partners and freelancers
- Invoicing clients
- Checking and processing incoming invoices, project expenses, as well as local petty cash accounts
- Correspondence with clients, experts and partner companies
A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US
- Successfully completed apprenticeship in the commercial field or business studies with professional experience of more than 5 years / knowledge in a similar position; preferably project business
- Excellent written and spoken command of English, French is an advantage
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Independent and methodical way of working
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- ERP experience
