A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US
Successfully completed apprenticeship in the commercial field or business studies with professional experience of more than 5 years / knowledge in a similar position; preferably project business
Excellent written and spoken command of French and English
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite
Independent and methodical way of working
Good knowledge of accounting in accordance with Germany’s Commercial Code (HGB/Handelsgesetzbuch)

erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit mehr als 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung / Kenntnisse in einer entsprechenden Position idealerweise Projektgeschäft
sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen und französischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
gute Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen (HGB)

Gestion commerciale des contrats de consultance internationaux
Élaboration de calculs d'offres
Rédaction de contrats pour les clients, les partenaires et les collaborateurs indépendants
Facturation aux clients
Vérification et traitement des factures entrantes et des dépenses de projets, ainsi que des comptes de trésorerie du site

Formation professionnelle réussie dans le domaine commercial ou études en gestion d'entreprise avec plus de 5 ans expérience professionnelle / connaissances dans un poste correspondant, idéalement dans le domaine des projets

A l’aise avec les applications MS Office
Méthode de travail autonome et minutieuse
